Why Counselling?
Life is full of challenges and these can affect your wellbeing. There are times when even the strongest of people need a helping hand. Seeking counselling can be a difficult decision to make. Perhaps you are experiencing a crisis or have reached a point in your life where things have become a struggle and you need more than a friend to talk to. Whatever your situation, counselling can help by giving you the support and space to explore what may be troubling you.
